Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Dunitz & Company and pride ourselves in knowing that we sell well-made handmade artisanal goods. If you are at all unhappy with your purchase, please return your item within 30 days of receipt for exchange or a refund. The item you are returning must be in its original and unused condition. We will credit the card you used at the time of purchase for the full amount of the product and any taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Include the following with your return:
- Copy of receipt
- Original tags and labels attached
- Specify if you are requesting an exchange (which item) or refund
- Reason for returning item
- Your name, mailing address and phone number
Please insure your returned shipment for the value of the item. We recommend using a shipping method that is traceable such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx.

Exchanges and refunds will be processed within one week upon receipt of the returned item.
Final Sale Policy: Merchandise marked ‘Final Sale’ at time of purchase may not be returned or exchanged.
